1st Carnoustie (6th Angus) Scout Group
1st Carnoustie Scout Group was formed in 1910, just three years after the Brownsea Island camp, at which our founder first experimented with what would become the Scouting method. The group has been in existence continually since it was first formed.
They meet in Carnoustie Scout Hall, 18 Links Avenue, Carnoustie, DD7 7HR.
They have two active Beaver Colonies (meeting Monday and Friday), three Cub Packs (Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday), a Scout Troop (Friday) and an Explorer Unit (Friday – see link below).
They offer a varied and exciting programme to all young people throughout the year.
You can visit their website here carnoustiescouts.org.uk.
